Young Adults (18 - 25)
A place to pause, feel, and find your own way
Being between 18 and 25 can feel like standing in an open field
— full of possibilities, questions, pressure, and uncertainty.
Between who you were and who you're becoming.
Between expectations and your own inner voice.
This phase of life is often described as "emerging adulthood" — a time of transition, exploration, and becoming.
You might be studying, working, moving countries, changing directions, questioning identity, exploring relationships.
This age can also bring questions around intimacy, sexuality,
and how to be in a relationship — with others and with yourself.
You might feel overwhelmed, disconnected, tired, "behind," or
unsure where you belong at all.
Sometimes everything looks "fine" from the outside — and still
something inside asks for attention.
These meetings are an invitation to slow down and listen
How I work with young adults
I offer one-on-one accompanying sessions in two different ways.
Being With Noa - dialogue and presence
These sessions are not therapy and not coaching. They are a grounded, human meeting — a place to be with yourself, together, where you don't need to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or already know what you need.
Together, we create space for:
- Dialogue and reflection
- Noticing what's happening in your mind and body
- Exploring emotions, patterns, and questions at your own pace
- Reconnecting to your inner sense of direction
Sometimes we speak
Sometimes we pause
Sometimes we listen to the body and let it lead
There is no agenda to "fix" you — only to accompany you while something unfolds.

Ilan Lev Method - body-based sessions
Alongside dialogue-based sessions, I also offer Ilan Lev Method (ILM) sessions.
The Ilan Lev Method (ILM) enhances human capabilities, relieves pain, and restores body functionality. Through thoughtful dialogue and playful movement, this hands-on approach reconnects parts of the body affected by injury, pain, or emotional blocks, and supports renewed communication within your system as a whole. The body is invited to reorganise itself — physically, neurologically, and emotionally.
ILM works with the understanding that emotional experiences, life transitions, and stress are not only "in the mind" — they live in the nervous system, muscles, breath, and movement patterns. By restoring communication and mobility, space often opens for relief, clarity, and renewed trust in yourself.
For young adults, ILM sessions can be especially supportive when:
- Stress, pressure or anxiety are felt strongly in the body
- There is a chronic tension, pain or fatigue.
- Emotions feel "stuck" or overwhelming
- There is a sense of disconnection from the body or from inner signals.

What these sessions can support
Whether through dialogue, bodywork, or a combination of both, sessions can support you in:
- Navigating transitions and uncertainty
- Reducing stress and physical tension
- Processing emotions and inner conflicts
- Developing body awareness and self-trust
- Feeling more grounded, present, and connected
- Strengthening your capacity to make choices that feel right for you
You don't need to know in advance what kind of session you want. Some people come only for Being With Noa sessions, others for Ilan Lev Method sessions — and sometimes we decide together, step by step, what feels most supportive for you.
We move slowly, respectfully, and always within what feels safe and right for you.
