The Ilan Lev Method (ILM) enhances human capabilities, relieves pain, and restores body functionality. Through thoughtful dialogue and playful movement, this hands-on approach reconnects parts of the body affected by injury, pain, or emotional blocks, and renewed communication within your system as a whole.

ILM sessions are suitable for anyone experiencing physical discomfort, chronic pain, or limitations in movement, as well as those who want to reconnect with their body’s natural flow. The method supports recovery after injuries, enhances flexibility, and improves overall vitality. It also helps release patterns that affect the whole system — physical, emotional, and mental — bringing renewed balance and lightness.

Your first session begins with a conversation about your needs and any concerns. The bodywork itself involves tender movement and touch while you remain fully clothed. You may experience sensations of warmth, relaxation, or emotional release. Each person's experience is unique.

Yes, though I usually recommend receiving sessions starting the second trimester. The Ilan Lev Method is particularly tender and safe for pregnant women . The touch is very attentive and respectful, and the work can help with common pregnancy discomforts while supporting your body's natural changes during this transformative time.

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement. You remain fully clothed throughout the session.

Not at all. The sessions meet you exactly where you are. You bring your needs and curiosity, and we move from there.

These sessions are spaces for reflection, dialogue, and presence. They invite you to meet yourself and your experiences with awareness, curiosity, and tenderness. Sometimes it’s simply conversation, sometimes we use movement or body awareness. Each meeting unfolds according to what feels right for you in that moment.

Being With Noa sessions are for anyone wishing to explore their inner world — emotions, patterns, relationships, or ways of communication. They are especially supportive for those who want to deepen self-understanding, connect with their body and feelings, or cultivate more clarity and ease in daily life

The Ilan Lev Method focuses on touch and movement to open communication within the body and restore flow. Being With Noa sessions, on the other hand, unfold mainly through dialogue and reflection. Both share the same foundation — curiosity, connection, and listening — but one meets the body through touch, while the other meets the person through conversation and awareness. Together, they complement each other beautifully.

Yes. We can create a personal process that weaves together Ilan Lev Method and Being With Noa sessions in a way that best supports you. This can be a gentle rhythm over time, or a more intensive format — always adapted to your unique needs and situation.

Sessions usually last between 75 and 90 minutes. This gives enough space for the process to unfold naturally — whether through touch, movement, or dialogue — and for your body and system to relax, respond, and integrate the experience. The exact length may vary slightly, depending on your needs and what arises in the moment.

I also offer intensive processes for individuals and workshops for groups, that extend this work into longer formats — allowing more time for exploration, learning, and deeper integration.
