Ilan Lev Method

The Ilan Lev Method (ILM) works towards improving human capabilities and removing functional difficulties. It treats motor dysfunction, mental limitations, and solves issues concerning physical disabilities or handicaps.

The treatment resolves body-circulation issues, relieves pain, and addresses skeletal and joint problems through gentle yet profound intervention.

During the session, I move the client's body through the skeleton, from toe to head. This allows the surrounding muscles, nerves, blood vessels, and lymphatic systems to reorganize and improve their function.

The method works by creating new neural pathways and restoring communication to parts of the body where communication was cut off or stopped due to injury, pain, or emotional issues.

Through touch and movement, I draw a comprehensive map of each joint, asking the body questions and enabling it to find solutions from within. This creates a pathway for natural healing and restoration.
